Terms and Conditions for Jet Pro Finish

1. General These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Jet Pro Finish to the client. By engaging with our services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Jet Pro Finish provides custom aircraft interior and exterior modification services as agreed upon between Jet Pro Finish and the client. Details of specific services will be outlined in the service agreement provided to the client.

3. Payment Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion of the project. Late payments may be subject to interest or additional fees.

4. Project Timeline and Delays Jet Pro Finish will provide an estimated project timeline upon commencement of services. While we strive to adhere to this timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Jet Pro Finish is not liable for delays caused by supplier issues, shipping delays, or force majeure events.

5. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing timely information and approvals necessary for Jet Pro Finish to complete the services. Delays in providing this information may result in project delays and additional costs.

6. Changes and Cancellations Changes to the scope of work after the commencement of the project may result in adjustments to the estimated costs and timelines. If a project is canceled by the client, the client may be responsible for any costs incurred by Jet Pro Finish up to the point of cancellation.

7. Warranty Jet Pro Finish provides a warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials for a specified period from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications by third parties.

8. Liability Jet Pro Finish’s liability for any claims related to the services provided is limited to the cost of the services provided. Jet Pro Finish is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property All designs, techniques, and innovations developed by Jet Pro Finish during the provision of services are the property of Jet Pro Finish, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Confidentiality Jet Pro Finish agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without the client’s express consent, except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes related to these terms and conditions or the services provided shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration, unless litigation is necessary to enforce these terms.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jet Pro Finish operates.

13. Amendments Jet Pro Finish reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be effective immediately upon notification to the client.
